Of course they can. Moderator candidates are not allowed to staff members in sites similar to e*pvpers and trading site is not like that.
So it is not against applying rules and I am not a silk seller anymore :)

I know,and I just stated that it is allowed to be on such position.
Also,I am objective. I was silk seller for every private server except ZSZC.(the reason is they already had a silk seller)
