Does an issue like this affect only the PC in which the cheats are load from or is the entire network compromised?? i mean if another PC (from which i check bank accounts and such) is connected to the same router despite having antivirus, is that pc also affected by the RAT??

Typically you'd be fine, unless you somehow have vulnerabilities on the other PC that the compromised PC was able to exploit, or if folders were shared publicly on the network. In this situation i think it's rather unlikely, it sounds like they were mostly ratting on compromised credentials they picked up from their loader.

When in doubt, its best to just reformat/reinstall windows though, doesn't hurt.
