Your bank usually sends you some document where you describe the issue and order them to process the chargeback. This can vary a lot from bank to bank. Some just have an online form which takes 30 seconds, some require you to visit their shitty local bank station to process the chargeback.Quote:

The item is not as decribed: The seller banned my account after X days for no reason and I cant access the purchased product anymore. There fore im entitled to a refund. I contacted the support but never received an response until this date. I sent a refund request and never received an response.
Very rarely a bank will say that they are not responsible for this, in this case change your bank because they fucking suck and lie to you.
