Do a favour yourself guys and just keep it simple,

As you want to have 'old school' features, then start removing job penalty scroll.

Everyone knows that's a pain in the ass when a server has 1 month or so. Once people start to get trade/hunter limit, they will start to bother caravan and new-comers joining as thieves. That's one of the main reasons that slowly kill a server,

If you want to change job, then wait 3 days or something like that. Don't changing job type every minute you want. Kewl. Anyway, gl with this project :^)

I agree with you, Penalty scrolls shouldn't exist and if Joymax added 7 days penalty on changing from job/guild/whatever, It must have a reason. Maybe 7 days is too long but yea 3 days would be ok for changing job without any reset scroll.

Dude every server fails in few months deal with it. Thats how private server works. Players gets bored after 2 months and thats it..

1. Not every server fails in few months, there are still servers UP without players/activity just because the lack of mentality now of this community.

I don't get bored after playing in a server for 2 months, 5 months and/or even a year. If there's still activity with at least 200 players around, who cares about the rest?
