It's not called Inferno, but yes, both Vega and Crusader (also known as Phoenix Cheats) are currently safe.

Hey all, anyone have experience in buying accounts recently? did ubi add in further detection for account selling/buying.

Asking since one of my bought accounts got banned for i can only assume being bought.

Ubisoft just announced that they've rolled out bans targeting account buyers, alt accounts, and smurfs. Ubisoft is taking action against these accounts since they still can't fully stop cheating, so they're cracking down in other ways.
