Other than .net you shouldn't need anything else I've tested this program on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 no issues unless it's human error

Was a stupid error due to the fact that Recent Laptop with mother card particular, can t be downgrade too Much so if the min is WIN 8.1 rest as it is ... was 7 before so i was in S hit xD
