The SDK is only downloadable for the developers and it's non commercial use engine and we are facing a whole new game .

Thats right. Unreal Engine 3 is hard. Since I started with Unity 3D and I know things about this program I'll finish game in this engine and I bet that when I work on terrain/enviroment, graphic will looks better. This is just alpha trailer so anything can change :)

@w1nt0r : Looks hard , but its not. Its actually pretty simple. I can more or less create a town inside unreal engine 3. Show you what more or less would look like. Like a show case. But where to get this models of silkroad ?
