On which server are you trying to play?

You could just try to download the complete game during one night via the start button if nothing helps.

It should work for sure through the start button, did you change your time zone and everything else mentioned in the guide?

yes changed the time zone and still same problem

i tryed start the game from where the same place where already been thire tryed but got his same message

The test server could be under maintenance indeed.

I can't really help you any further if you really put the correct location/timezone because I didn't play on the test server since quite a while.

You could ask on Steparu's forum for help.

Or you could try to tick this little box under the Premium Server button:

The test server button disappeared... Any idea where it moved?

Well, at least that button will start the test server client :)

Also, does anyone know if the test server is down right now? It says currently unter maintenance, but I couldn't find anything on the homepage, only a scheduled maintenance for tomorrow.

Been a while since the last post, but I have a question >.< are the test server and premiere/XE different clients completely? As in, would I need to install both if I wanted to play on either one?

Also, the install game button under the client downloads wasn't working (kept getting some unusual pop-up), so I have to download it from the 4 parts along the the right side. Am I fine just doing this and running the client install (with my VPN activated of course) after it finishes downloading?

Lastly... how do I launch the test server? I have a feeling it's that awkwardly placed button also in the client download section of the site.

Hey, My downloader for the test server is doing the thing where it stops at 50%. How do u fix that again? :P

Just start the test server, it should patch the rest from alone.

Start the test server from where tho? the website or the thing i downloaded?
