Can this get a sticky please? This is such a useful thread, like I must have used this a thousand times between e*pvp and his blog both. That and it might stop the l33t coders from using Conquer-SX and sources like that since they can read a quick summary.

He got rid of both Kanji and Kibou for... well I don't know but he probably has his reasons.

Lol, the l33t coder thing was major sarcasm. ^.^

Project Kibou was removed by Jack at my request because of an unfortunate problem with the security in the source. As I said, Kibou was highly experimental. I did my best at the time, but being my first, completely custom source... it wasn't stable and it wasn't going to do anyone any good. That's why I released the resources (such as interactions and agates) instead. (Also the Brazilian community stole it and claimed it as their own - and by that time, I was going to take it down anyways because of an experimental security idea that I developed in the source).

Project Kanji wasn't special. Firstly, the name didn't make sense. I tried using another definition of it but it doesn't fit that context at all. The project itself wasn't very large. It was just a stable socket system with nothing added to it. It wasn't very special or significant.

So why is this not stickied anyway?

I'm not sure. I guess because it's bias, but I don't see any harm in a little opinion. It's up to you. If I were a moderator though (like you), I would discuss it with the other moderators first to get their opinions.
