I just came to read this thread and... What the fcking fast patching.

a program with only the functions of the chat would be nice ^^... many ppl would love a program that keep your offline and with the chat working

i try closing the client and patch again. and it works fine.

is this permanent?

if you patch Appear offline you can turn your status to offline but youre still able to use the chat and play

It Patches the files in the League of Legends folder, so yes its permanent until a new update overwrites the files

Updated for 4.21
