The rate is still kinda the same.

You don't have to prove anything to anyone, anyone can charge back if he used Paypal and some of the credit cards too, trust me :) but talking about ethics, Charge back because u got banned, failed in alchemy and stuff like that is considered STEALING! because you got what you paid for and no one forced you to pay!! why did u get banned in the first place?
