Restore your database, I just had the same problem, restore fixed it.

You might only need to restore Telecaster.

I havn't manged to locate the monster spawn's but the DB soleil uploaded (I think) has some spawns (marduka, outside Rondo and more)

trainee island works normally SaltMine in horizon got mobs too
more i didnt searhced atm
but i will look out for other mobs
