hi, after I press run soft for apex, the client doesn't close by itseft as the instruction said. When I login to game, nothing showup, I don't see the menu

For me the loader does close but when I launch origin and join a server, there’s no menu.

Menu working only on server and should come up to 5 mins. Usually instant.

Do I need to redownload the loader, because it still not work for me. After I press soft run, the client closed by itseft but when I login to the game, nothing happen, I don't see anything, even after 5mins
