I find this to be a small issue compared to what launcher bypassing and client editing can do ;)

Well neither on W7 nor W10 i couldnt make it. I suck! damn. I dont get that pop-up and dont see the game screen. Only login succesfull :). Pamonitor does not working for me. Never worked. 2 times installed w10 2 times w7. All was same for me. And as far as I see I am the only one that have this. I wish someone could help me

Well if you have turned off your antivirus/malware protection(from windows) before extracting the client and while playing, if you have turned off your firewall, turned off UAC and DEP (instructions in PA HELP folder), run the PALauncher OR PAHackshield as admin. The game should be running, there's nothing else we can do. If you missed ANY of the above, the game will not work most likely.

A lot of win10 users are playing just fine and I myself am using win7. I will delete everything and download a fresh client just to test it once again.

P.S. Try running the PAHackshield instead of PALauncher, see if it works.

I redownloaded client again. UAC/DEP/Firewall closed. No antivirüs. Windows 7 fully updated (no security essential update), still same for me. Dont take it wrong its for me only I see many people play. Just my laptop, maybe a hardware is not compatable, or my internet connection isnt allowed(Turkey), maybe I need a DNS for it. But before patch I could play it. So I had tried many times and couldnt get PAMONITOR.EXE on taskmanager, couldnt make projectalpha.exe or pahackshield.exe stay on taskmanager. All of this too is going after login process. So without them i dont get pop-up. When i click pamonitor; a blackscreen comes in miliseconds and goes only "dllhost.exe" working in that time on taskmanager.

This megaupload link client is correct right?. Can you upload your client in your w7?.
Well I am trying a failure to solve this thats why. Why am I the only one. Why my pahackshield is going off after loading 9ragons thing, why when its writing projectalpha.exe comes in task manager and goes in 3-4 seconds, and then hackshield goes too. Something is not making its work or its because of my ip getting deny (its a suppose)

I know you guys tried to helpalot but someone should look pc to see what is going on. I made a video but couldnt upload it.

By the way what is malware protection on windows 7?. There is antimalware executable on w10 which is cant be disable. People is playing game with that program is working already in w10 users i suppose

Summary;
I click launcher, i push start, hackshield comes, i login, its succesfull. I am looking taskmanager. Hackshield is there, it start to say 9d loading, same time projectalpha.exe comes to task. Hackshield closes, and for a milisecond black window comes and go(pamonitor i suppose) after it go or while loading 9d in task projectalpha goes then hackshield goes. Only gameguard.des is stay there and nothing happens.

After reading everything I think I have identified your problem, you're running a program which is detected as a hack by our security system, please SS your task manager while you start PA. I want to see what programs you're running. Send me the SS on PM.

uhmm i uninistall norton and firewall off UAC and DEP disable
reset pc work for few hours ...today i log and agin same problam.
now even the website is off :( ?
task manager is totaly cleared from any process wich windows not need.

Qilin mirror rewards are really sux. I opened 90 QM got 40 RD deco. I can understand putting OP deco in lottery but this RD is unbelievable. It must be a resource not a reward. Also those combined shitty cards. I have premium and its not usable. If he thinks non donators then put them on resource too. And there is no another reward in game. Also with loads of scent herb drop, getting lv10 elixirs is not a good idea imo.
Also nowadays, game close itself after new patchs, many 183 error code so hardly get those RD Deco lover QM's.
