Moon = +4
Sun = +6
And keep alchemy rates low

well if everyone is gonna post their opinion here is mine:-

star +1
haley +2.5
moon +3.5
sun +5

Better:
star +1
haley +2
moon +3
sun +4

And only most motivated ppl gonna swet for each +1 on that sun just bcuz its just a little bit better than moon. Or just haley-moon 2.5 both that ppl could use one or another set (less same set ppl gonna run around).
