idk why but as more i zoom out the tinyer the target circle gets i mean if i zoom out allot i cant target people right next to me the cursor just stays in the hand thingy and doesent become a sword and let me target why?

and if you have the same problem and know a FIX please tell me

You cannot target anyone out of the zoom limit that Riot set on the game. This tool allow you to SEE further, but not to click and check anything out the real game range. You can click to move yourself just because you can do this on the minimap too. Sorry for my english. Hope I helped you :)
