[Tutorial] Create Your NPC

Use Castor's tool.Much much easyer, it updates your cliend and your server side at the same time.

Ok read some of the other things u posted to the people who had problems with it.
Well i made the npc set its position uploaded the patch and where the npc should be nothing is there.
And when i save the NpcQuest.sdata file only 1 saves in my server files folder.
So was just wondering if u could clarify what i am doing wrong with the file.
Or if i am just an idiot witch could also be possable.
So was just wonder when i save it i copy the 1 file that saves and decrypt it and i put the encrypted one in the data.saf.
And then replace the other in my data folder does that sound correct or no.

Any help would be appreciated :)

EDIT Fixed it just used a little bit of brain.exe and it worked Thanks!!!! again castor for your work

yes only one file saves, You copy one and put it in your server files, and you copy another one, encrypt it and put it in your data file

i need help ;o when i come to make the merchant it doesnt show any image , there is no choice of item to put in it and so , plz help me ><

forgot what i just said , i got a new error :) i got my merchant to sell what i wanted him to , but he wont let me buy , when i try to buy and item it does nothing ><. help me plz ;s

But when i download and install Python i don't have all those folders you do on the video.Any solutions about this?

You have to Download [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and Copy All the content of the Folder into the Python27 Folder.

I have edited 3 existing merchants and put items in each to sell. The only problem is that I cannot buy the items that I can see. I get the message nothing there!!

Do you have the SData in both the client (Encrypted) and the server files (Decrypted)?

Thanks for the info black checked my item.csv file and found the problem! I was not able to purchase the items located in my npc because my item.csv on the server side did not match the items in my S.data on my client.

Anyone willing to help within pm/skype? I can explain my issue a lot better there

This is during the NPCQuest.Sdata.bat procedure. It only happens when I edit anything at all. I am trying to add a few pots to a pre-existing merchant, but can't seem to get past this error.
Edit: Server is ep4 btw
