Your application looks like you've put a lot of work in it. Also, all of your post i'd ever read, had been way elaborate and helpful. I'd wonder you won't have become a moderator, lol.

I think he deserves a chance and he has loads of moderator/admin experience already so he knows what he's going to face when he (hopefully) becomes a moderator.
