When I go to load up my SRO it says sro_client has encountered a problem then shuts off what do i do??

this thing just wont show up anyway i try and i restarted 2 times any ideas after that? problem: it shows it loads but wont load the game *cries* im dum

when uget an error with login failed make a sm.txt file in ur silkroad directory and put in Temp00 and under it put Temp00

see if it works.
