Q: Character is standing there in the battle field not buffing or attacking!
A: Scroll back to town and start again.
Q: Character is just standing there and won't use any skills!
A: If you have leveled lets say a sword slash move, then you must press 'home', refresh skills, and add them again after removing them. If you didn't level them, refresh+re-add anyways.
A2: Reboot sro.
Q: It keeps saying "too far from training place". A: This could mean that you are not in the city that you need to be in (Make it your return point). It could also mean you did not checkmark "Loop all bot activity!", go to "auto training" tab then checkmark "Loop all bot activity".
Q: It won't store or sell my items!
A: You must specify what you want to sell/pick/store in "Filter" tab and it will do what you want.
Q: My skills are unknown, what is going on here?
A:Simply click the "Bot login" button once (don't enter any login info) and then refresh your skills. It should work. - thecrippler5
A2: Upgrade 1 of your skill for instance "Flaming wave - Burning". Remove all of your attacking skill tree(from bot). Recite 1 of your return scroll so you can go back to town. Open up isrobot (hit home) and click "fresh". Then go back to your training place and attack your flaming wave - burning. Then the bot should work properly.-by Leaker/aka BooBloo.

A: Run Trial Reset to fix this issue, most of the time this works.

Q: Unable to login, or login failed when I try to launch it.
A: There are other fixes that I am unaware of, but go ahead and just keep clicking the white hand until it launches.
A2: Disable your firewall if you have norton antivirus
or disable ur norton totally if the firewall disable didn't work. -By nobotter

A: A simple reboot of sro will fix this.

Q: I can't open the bot, it says ????? Error
A: Just Click Exit on your White Hand and Re-Open the White hand and Start it again.
Q: I get an Error box popping up saying ??? and other ascii generated letters.
A: Click the button on the right, and then restart the game.
Q: When i click my bot i can see the cursor show me the 'loading' sign and then SRO Client does not show up.
A: Try restarting your PC has new files may need to be changed.-nDz
