But the seller of the product (Battlestate Games or the Anti Cheat Company) locks the account because the person got caught cheating and banned. Which is the fault of the person that cheated not of the seller.

Let me get a new example so even you can understand it:

Person A buys an android phone via credit card and trys to root it and bricks the phone while rooting.
Person A trys to refund the phone because its not longer working
Credit Card company gives the money back to Person A

Do you still think its perfectly legal and fine?

Does this also apply to HWID bans? Imagine you purchase a second hand PC and get banned on your account. Or you purchase a new account and it also gets banned.

+ you don't have access to the game after a refund. So this isn't the same as fraud. There shouldn't be any legal consequences.

If you buy a second hand PC from a different seller its obviously not your fault.
Its the fault of the previous owner.

If you get an HWID ban by yourself on your own PC and new accounts get banned too its still your fault.

Correct and false. The License Agreement doesnt include HWID bans.

The Licensor has the right to revoke the right to use the Game by blocking (deleting) the User’s Account in the Game. From the date of such blocking, this Agreement is considered cancelled and the right to use the Game terminated.

Also you cant break a License agreement in advance. If the previous account has been banned, you cant get banned on the new account for the previous infringement. Its a greyzone.

Got another 2 payments back after one account got instantly hwid banned and the other one after a week through my credit card bank.

Nice I will pass this on to a few close friend. If everyone does this, then it would just get patched and never work again. Just like some cheats. :lul:

You can wait or directly pass it to PayPal. It doesnt really matter for the case. As far as I know the PayPal method has been fixed or its very unlikely to win the dispute. You should better chargeback through your credit card service. Creditcard is a 80-90 % win.
