UPDATE: Paints and vinyls work now, I just need to fix some other stuff, clean stuff up, and maybe even fix the pursuit bug, then the update will be ready.

What's new:
-Fixed The pursuits bug, now you can finish pursuits without any problems
-CRash fixes for some options on safehouse
-AFtermarket Shop, vinyl shop and paintshop works now, you can customize your car.

edit: nOTE, SOME parts like neons or vinyls doesn't are inserted cause on this version they are not inserted, the neons on 2011 times doesn't existed so that's why you can find an empy catalog for the neons or the vinyls, but fortunally for the vinyls there are some catalogs, so you can customize with some vinyl in any chase

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] the customization does not apply outside of garage ( only works in garage. when you go outside its all gone. and yes. i made sure its the new version etc. )

Been making some more edits. i think this will interest some. but i managed to remove traffic from freeroam. now only cops will spawn in freeroam. better pursuits i imagine. and again. if interested. PM me. the file will be combined with the better m3 gtr mod.
