This might be a bit tricky.

Okay, the Account i want to be unbanned
- I do not remember the Name and the Login Name, only a few names
- I remember First buy
- I have a old screenshot from that Account
- It got banned becouse of dumb shit
- I have Acces to the Email it was created with.


Can u unban it?

Heya! We can and will surely do our very best to get it unbanned, but we cannot guarantee a 100% success chance, as I'm sure you understand.

Regarding the info, it does seem enough in my opinion, and I've seen accounts recovered with less than that, but it is ultimately up to them. Again, in my opinion, that should be enough information to recover your account and prove it was hacked.

Heya! In all honesty, I won't say impossible per se, but it's quite unlikely. It really depends on how "bad bad" these words are, but if they pertain to real life threats / racial slurs and similar things, I wouldn't want to give you any false hope.

Furthermore, if this account has been previously suspended for 2 weeks or had other actions taken against it (such as chat restriction), it makes it even more unlikely.

Sorry to give you bad news, but I just didn't want to give you false hope. It's not impossible, but it's somewhat unlikely, if that makes sense. :/

Ok, let's give this a try.

Permabanned account for toxicity which had a 14 day ban 3-4 weeks prior to the permaban.

Chatlogs do not include anything like kys, get cancer or any racist comments. Ordered the hotshot package.

Let's see how it goes.

Do you offer the service with some kind of insurance in order to make sure the account gets unbanned.
