Click Here To Register...] was working with @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. As you can see from the thread of his, [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], they might have proceed a while with UE.

Anyway, at least he continues the project on different path. Which is nice to see.

Yes, I started in Unreal Engine 4 but switched over to Unity 5 since our lead programmer is more familiar to C#. Actually nothing about not able to import stuff into UE4, I already imported stuff from sro and built the walls of Jangan and painted a few terrain textures.
With Unreal it was easier to import full scale heightmaps but I forgot about world streaming which is the first step to take before working out terrain parts.

I also contacted waYn3 before I got into my own project. He is pretty busy with studying at the university, so we diverged in good :) He's studying programming so he got much ambition in C++ which is a huge advantage for the project since you can make use of it in Unity as well.
He'll be into my/our project as well as soon as he got time for it.
I contacted some artists now for game art and references for 3d modelling to start the environment design beside working on the game concept which is basically the hardest part.

What about patreon or similiar?
There is a huge community waiting to support any development of Silkroad Online, in a modern engine!
Id def. be willing to throw my money at this... Or help in any way i can. I was about to become a game programmer... but chose a different path in the end. But im sooo willing to support this!

HELLO ppl, this project would be great if you post on YouTube...everywhere… many ppl would support this project … so you could do this more easy … you could more enjoy it :D

TOO MUCH good mermories !!! I HOPE YOU MAKE IT i would rly like to play it some day :D

It is too early to go on YouTube since I’m already streaming the progress on Twitch. Also I’m going to make use of Yt when the gameplay has been advanced and as soon as first trailer parts are done.
