Its in NostaleX.dat, you can search for some EXE resource editors online and they should work fine.

They removed the NosTaleX.dat.

it is NostaleClientX.exe now.

Anyone knows how to convert files like SP's appareance, icons in-game, and all that stuff?? I tried it using nospack and NosImage, but that does not work :(
