is TSearch v1.6 with that hex editor good enough?

HELP PLEASE ..
Ehh i have w problem, i found only monster.dat, and i can find monster.ini ;/
and the next is that, when i open monster.dat in hex workshop i have something like this :
E5F6B09A341BBB9ED5721F5E48933CC14A2766A6E56B on the left and on the right side i have something like this:
....4....r.^H.<.J'
so now, what should i do??
PLEASE HELP ME

If it exp. for anyone just go to - Serials.ws and look for your currect version by pressing Help -> Info on your hex edit , and just search the version on serials.ws
