Fixed disconnect detection. If no packets are received after 60 seconds, League of Legends.exe terminates.

Rehauled entire application.
FulcrumBot.exe now uses WPF instead of WinForms for better performance
LolClient Emulator.exe is now built into FulcrumBot.exe
Improved stability.
Added Safe Stop (disconnects when no longer in queue and after a game ends)
Added Force Stop (disconnects immediately and terminate any active game)
*Passwords are currently visible until hiding them is reimplemented for WPF
*Website statistic tracking through op.gg/Summoner is disabled until reimplemented for WPF
*Next (level) has been removed as it was not working correctly, it will return in a later update.
*IP/Hour has been removed, it will return in a later update..
*In game status updates have been disabled temporarily to allow for summoner's with special characters to work.
Added Run Local WebServer option in Settings.
*When enabled, it displays the current accounts' information at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
*When disabled, it shows a blank page
If you use a router, you must set your router's DMZ to your local PC's IP to access the accounts' information from the internet.
