Why was Fearful appointed before Fang despite Fang's clear desire for it before Fearful?

The staff has some reluctancy in considering my application, which is completely understandable. The length of time it's taken to process my application was expected, and with the need of a moderator in the section, it was completely necessary to introduce Fearful. Fearful has experience in moderating other sections prior to my application. His place in the section is well deserved, and I thank him for assisting with the section. I hope he feels comfortable in handling the section and stays with us. It would be nice to work with him.

Regarding my application, I've been clarifying a few issues with my development, and confirming that I meet the requirements. Today, I was notified that I meet the requirements, and my application is now in the process of being accepted. I'll be going through the new staff orientation soon. I haven't been accepted until I pass orientation, but I'm much closer than I ever imagined I'd be in this length of time. Thanks so much for your support.
