Some skills have had cooldown reductions as significant has 15 minutes, while others are just a matter of seconds. I'm afraid I didn't play in Epic 3, I'm not sure what skill you're referencing as it's not in-game now.
BOLD PART: ....if you only knew ..that epic ...you wouldn't of been working on the epic 6 (and so on) database....trust me.

Heh, I've heard great things about Epic 3 and regret not being able to play then. Every single person I've talked to has given it the highest marks of all epics. :(

atleast make 2h swords usuable xD using maces bore me D: after all you only miss 2 stuns using sword over mace and 1 of them stuns barely lands lol

...Okay I will be honest. I do NOT know the Soldier well, but lowering the amount of chances they have to stun and therefore lock down other classes is bad.

Their more of a "Take them down in one long CC cycling chain before MP runs out." then a "Melee them with normal attacks." class.

Also there is a reason no one uses two handed swords. No reason to try to make a class something that wouldn't make it better. There are other games to fill that void.
