Is there a particular reason you're rehashing a conversation from 6 months ago?
What you guys did/did not do half a year ago doesn't concern me these days.

I appreciate you further necro'ing a dead thread to repeat what Danco said back in July 2011 just to get a point across to me though. Thanks :)

I need to know how to change an edited login screen back to the original. I have tried by pulling the wld files from a ep4 client and the importing them to the 4.5 client. It seems that the files do not work and the same start and login screen return. The path I used is data tool import to file and its still the same. I have finished the music and everything else this one prob is getting to me.

I have tried the login.wld, login2.wld and login3.wld. I even modified in the hex but still I get the modified theme.

Suggestions plz.

Can you help me ?

I had tried :

- edit my game.exe (ep.4, by aeriez and i have french client by jeuxvideo.com)
- rename login.wld to login3.wld
- rename Login2.wld to login3.wld

but that didn't work ..

Same here.
Changing the game.exe doesn't work.
Also rename has no use.

in an original client
login.wld = ep3 login
login2.wld = ep4 login
login3.wld = ep5 login

now it depends on the episode of your game.exe which wld files is used.
ep5 game.exe use the login3.wld file
so in case this is the game.exe you use then you need to extract either login.wld or login2.wld and rename it to login3.wld to change the login to what ever you want to have.

Let me just make this clear because frankly, I am offended that something so unique was stolen from my server's client. The login screen that Nemesis uses belongs to me and ShaiyaX and no permission to use it was asked.
All they did was recolor the moon. They did not remove the floating island or the rocks - that was all me with EarthCrush's help.


All you do is hex edit the game.exe its not even hard lol
