I never said there are no german pservers o0...most of them are german lol..
I only gave link to kingdom because the site is down, therefore I am not giving links to a pserver :) Just a site that says "account suspended". Also It's obvious I gave the link as a resource for my demonstrations of server shutdowns, not to advertise.
I don't care about that server being down, I don't like it or the owner of it :)
My server is not kingdom btw, its alpinemt2.. not sure which you were referring to as mine..
anyways I don't talk shit, it's true that the majority of people here are assholes, who are racist to turkey, arab countries, and usa. I have seen it all over the forum and it's sad in 2011 that so many people are still so racist.
I think RivathaX and .CHMarvin and Manolis and more users can vouch for me that I am not a racist guy or someone who is doing rude things. I just state the facts how I interpret them. And I interpret that this site (along with many sites and servers online) has an abundance of childish racist people..

Chris isn't going against every p-server, but the ones that directly try to compete with SG, like yours. If you open an english language server with low rates and even stealing the OX questions from him you are a leecher, period. In ethical terms, it doesn't even matter that its official, if I opened another pserver stealing files from Deathju to name an example it would be unethical too and nobody in this forum likes leechers.
But legally, it does make a difference, when Chris DID pay a license and therefore can sue you for doing it, because the files actually belong to him. And again it's your fault for directly trying to steal players from an official server behind his nose.

Speaking of childish, here is another.
Mine was not trying to directly compete with SG, I never forced or requested any of his players to quit and join my server. The people who quit SG to join my server came completely on their own decisions. And I did not steal the OX questions, a friend gave me them on skype. It's only some questions and it wasn't even written by SG or YMIR, those questions came from the players of metin2sg. selfpwnd.
Also my server had over 30x higher rates than SG so I don't know how you classify that as "low rates". And as a publisher, a person should be shutting down ALL servers, not just ones that hurt his own business..But he shouldn't have rights as I thought to shut down a server in the European Union (NL). I am not a leecher, and much of the content of my server and client was hand made, including the patcher and website design, the anti-tradebugging script, and much more. Name one pserver that you cannot be tradebugged on besides mine...
Btw stealing files from deathju and opening the server WOULD be ethical, since deathju is nw3 files and united files and some of my own work in their client and server files, which is being used without permission. (Maybe nw3 has been publicly released.. not sure.. but united and my own things he has no permission to use ;)).
And the files do not belong to Chris, just he right to market the server. The files still belong to YMIR. And I never said he has no right to sue in general, just that he is publisher for Asia not Europe. And I never "directly tried to steal players from an official server behind his nose". Also.. Metin2Fortuna (from Darkness in this thread) had just opened a few days ago and is only in BETA, has about 10 people on it..and advertised on liquiron..where Chris said he will "not post" on anymore..yet he does because he's so angry that my sever kicked his servers ass in only half a month :D.... and Chris is emailing them asking them to turn it off, it has new armors and items and all that and level 150 so it is in no way competing with any official server. So shut your mouth unless you know what's up next time. kthx.
Also is it true that NL does not follow DMCA laws? And if not, why did worldstream shut my server off..wtf? another host i have now said they do not follow DMCA laws
