No offense but here LastThief is 100% wrong about those downtimes and crashes, i'm not here to do advertising just to help them out with this problem which will keep popping up until the end and as far as I see you need a bost, the problem which you face it's from those shitty OVH which I know them for a long period and this was your biggest mistake which you've made, choosing OVH as root. A small help or advice change the provider and you will see the differences and if you asking me why? well my friend, OVH is not able to hold so many connections for a long period like you saw that the server hasn't been online for more then 4 days without getting complains from people with crashes and disconnects or freeze times.
Solutions:
Change the providers.
Disable the other 2-3 GS which you got to pop out messages because those are creating lags.
Automatic notice (From events if you got those): Better disable them or make them to be on a longer distance as period of the event start, because when a notice is send by the server with a query he will force the bandwidth to use almost 90% for the notice and 10% for the users.
