Content of installation:

A) Is the server online for everyone or is it just an offline server with LAN

No. I just started a project trying to do that.

Based in someone cracked nfsw.exe version without udp ssl and crc verification.

Today is possible to race 2 players in Lan or good internet with similar hardware.

And sometimes fail. Sync is terrible.
