I think bigpoint just can shoot down if they try win money with their work(bigpoint work), if it be free bigpoint will do nothing

But that is not fair, only 150 people can play online

Bp can only shut down the projekt , if you make 1 $ win and the files are coyped .
If the files a selfmade you can get the mone without a close from bp ;)

The problem is that war-sloop and poczatki made some things with seafight files thats why they cant add donation point

not fair , why not fair? it's already very hard to handle 150 persons at the same time, and TRUST ME , when 150 persons will be in the same time, it will be very huge!

Bigpoint can close us cause we take all picture from them ,

Can I choose ship design and "game size" anywhere? I mean that everything is +- 1,5x bigger than "normal" seafight.

btw nice work :) that times when ships shot only 1500 I really want :)

Creating new game like seafight should be good but we need to change graphic coz bp could sue us.
I think it would be great but first we should buy an server for do it
