FFXIV Crafter

Can some people please post their rule sets? I have been trying for like 4 hours to make one myself but none of them work. The rule set I want is for leveling crafts with recipes that are 7-10 levels ahead of my level. The level of my crafts are carpenter 30,blacksmith 30, armorer 20, goldsmith 29, leather working 21, weaver 22, alchemy 24, cooking 30. I would also like a rule set for hasty hand for when I need to make crystals, thank you very much!

While I sincerely doubt you spent 4 hours trying to do anything with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] on this site (neither programs are difficult to use, especially mine which only has 4 commands), I will assist you in your endeavor.

For leveling up, I would recommend setting these 5 abilities in this order:

Unerring Hand - Advances progress. Only if this gives enough progress
Maker's Muse - ensures standard success for 3 steps
Tender Touch - loss of durability for 3 steps
Ingenuity - renders difficulty = for 3 steps
Brand of 'Fire, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Water' (which ever your current synth is using)

Create a new style in the editor window.

I am assuming for this example that your craft uses Fire and Wind crystals, and you set Brand of Fire in your 5th slot. Modify accordingly for your craft.

Then enter/paste these commands in order (correct any errors if it doesnt pass the check)):

Replace Careful's with Standard's if you cannot complete the synth (I cant see you failing with the above unless you are naked with a low ranked tool)

Do your homework in the future, knowing how to use tools at your disposal will always be advantageous to asking for help and exaggerating your efforts applied.

I was not exaggerating lol I read everything you put on how to set it up and then I tried to make like 3 sets none of them worked xD and then I went though all your pages on this set reading them hopping to find something to fix my problem. I then did the same thing for a another bot program called otto bot and still had no luck :( Anyways thanks a ton, I put this in and it works!
Quick question crafts that use more than 1 type of crystal have the same chance to become unstable on both?

This is my ruleset i've been using lately for levelling. Usually get me to 300+ quality for crafts at 8-10 levels above.

Abilities are:
1) Comfort Zone (0 durabilty loss for 3 steps)
2) By The book (Advace 30% Progress)
3) Manipulation (+20 durability)
4) Brand of X
5) Meticolous Mind (50% durability loss for 3 steps)

Using all these skills I can spam about 18+ careful steps and use ByTheBook when I have no Durabilty left at which point I should be above 70% progress

3=#1 ComfortZone
4=Careful (*)
5=Careful (*)
6=Careful

* This two might change to standard if craft is too difficult

Thanks for sharing, your crafting style looks pretty well thought out!

It is hard to recommend a generic script to anyone as you want to use your best abilities and they change depending on what crafts you have leveled up already.

You forgot to select the crafting style you created. "Default" spams standard.

No, i have select the good style. I don't understand why that doesn't works...

i cant get this new bot to work now, im not really any good at this sort of code writing....can anyone help me out

I craft the same ways for levelling as HQ'ing and that's spam careful to 30, 50 or 70% dependant on quality and durability skills:


resolution / sublimation
unerring hand / piece by piece / tricks of the trade
master mend
Brands....
maybe improvise i think ill get a instability

I just started having problem where it would choose recipe and then be on mainhand/offhand option and then just sit there saying slecting recipe.... tried countless reboots and deleting to app and re-downing it but with out any luck!
I will keep trying to see if the problem reveals it's self.. but would like some feed back if anyone else having this problem.... and hopefully has a fix for it..

{edited} Hmmm ok here is what i just experenced! if i use cobalt ingot x3 recipe it sits on the main hand option after it chooses the recipe....
but will start craft and work great if its the recipe for a single cobalt ingot!

possibly some kinda issuse with timer? does it take longer after choosing a recipe with a larger amount of items??

thanks for pointing this out, I'll review the code and see if there is an obvious solution.

dropbox has been updated with a "test" crafting program, anyone who has been having trouble because of lag please see if the new test program solves the problem for you.
