They do, but you can barely notice it because it's made for isro servers and thats 1x. So lets say ur server is 10x. You use the 150% scroll ur new rates would be 11.5x because it only increases isro rates not the servers. So you can barely notice it but it works.

there's "ZERO" servers with fair features & non SILK Scrolls,

and what is funny that go to every thread and u will find people mentioning "rEaLlY GooD sErVeR, PLAY 2 WIN, IM IN GL"


i wish if EPVP could have a rule strict to advertising that if a server has silk scroll, server advertiser can't mention "PLAY 2 WIN" or have 2 mention Pay2win, otherwise it will be taken down due to false advertisment.

actually there's no good server atm maybe 1 or 2 maximum

They had to fix their bots which keep the servers busy.

I was logged on to Palmyra, the Sro-r server. Literally took me 7 hrs to log in and then getting dced after creating a char. The second time I got online, I saw a bunch of lv 1 chars sitting at jagan spawn named "quak0000"
