what about a levelbased-reward-multiplier? this could make it for startes drasticly easier to get into it.

Like:
Level 1 - 200% reward (streuner 10 instead of 5)
Level 2 - 195%
...
until level 12 then it goes down to 100%
..

No, they are all same.
And that double uridium will be only on some npcs after configuration, we will calibrate it.
