I do get it that there are so much fun to have while leveling in a party without botting, i used to do it back on Salvation thats why this server caught my interest, but the fortress war adds a kind of ''Mandatory'' Guild wars, apart from that when you reach the cap you most likely will only pvp other plays and currently i don't see any Job attraction in this server for people to dive into it.

Alchemy is longterm by Tablet used all different elements :)

Well, why not add Honor Buffs for reaching job levels? That way everyone will be able to get them. LikeBronce for Lv 5, Silver for Lv 6, Gold Buff for Lv 7and King Buff for Job Level 7 99% ... maybe.
