[Clientless]Torque 2.0

I won't update this until tClientless is done. The client is protected w/ ASProtect. Just gotta unpack it and it will still work.

Use this client, rename it to sro_client.exe and Torque Clientless will work like normal. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

when I was swap client appears this error "Please Execute the "Silkroad.exe""

yap same problem here can't swap client or i get an error

I won't be releasing a new version until tClientless is ready which will be a few weeks away at least because I'm rewriting all the code. Nick's a filthy german and so too busy being penetrated by Jamaicans. :( He will probably release an update for the clientless so that you can still use it until tcl comes out (keep checking the site to see when that will be).

Just wait for tClientless, it will be alot better and more stable. Though it will require more work, since we are both busy with our lives and most of the new features require to get logged on, we all know that that part is the hardest. ;)

Here's a screenshot from the development of tClientless. It reads data from Media.pk2 instead of including a data folder with the binary, which is what you can see happening at the splash screen in the top left of the picture. The dialog is simply the first tab of the clientless, there will also be the following ones:
Plugins, Staller, Chat, Settings and Char Creator.

that seems great but to noobs like me what will this do??(reading from media.pk2)

Make the parsing better because we don't need to update any data files (which we didnt do at all). This meant that our item parsing would break on new items (for example, new avatar items).

haha, exactly. We're also going to have a basic forum on our site so you can find plugins (if any get made >.>). The forum fails hard tho because it's on a free server (my paid hosting is expiring soon) but it's still better than nothing.

I guess we could add one, I'll go do that now.

Good idea, making it paid will help server population even by a little, and it will keep it more reserved :)
