server is back but now with a 3-5 seconds delay. Might just wait until it officially opens and server moved completely to spend time playing. Every will get wipe so doing things with a huge delay isn't worth it.

Good luck further. I'll check back once in a while to see if it goes into non-wipe mode

I've just logged in and there was not really a delay. Maybe your ISP don't like connections to Panama?
