The cvsmit0xshort is 528C for Eune and euw , maybe he doesn't has edited the maxzoomout

he dont need edit the maxzoomout file... just zoom out with mouse-wheel....

i think he is on an other server or he dont have admin rights to edit the .txt file ...

or he do something wrong...
