Try to set ships display on the high. Find a place on the map where no one, only you. The ship can not be cloaked. Also sometimes I have this message, do not close it just fly in an empty space. For me, it helps.

i've noticed an issue that happens when it's going to selling process, instead of hitting start it hits the "friends and bonuses"

possible if you can set the bot to go down of the map to repair, instead of just sitting in the location it is in???
and maybe when something like that happens it can get pet to repair you so you won't have to wait that much time, basically
when being attacked your ship goes to the bottom of the map, it then ofcourse kills the NPC, but heavenly damauge (like 30% HP) it gets pet to repair you (forgot the name of the item) so you won't have to wait so much time just repairing and be worry free if something else tries to attack you when you're low on HP

Are you have a problem with the killing of pirates? What ship and what ammo you use?
For me with Vengeance I use x2 or x3 and for Aegis : x1 and I have not a problem did not even turn on the ship to be repaired.
1. I have a reason to move the ship up the fog rather than below, but if at least 10 people want is not I will do is a bottom.
2. This gear of Pet that repair your ship cost so much fuel ( uridium ) so I think it is useless, but if at least 10 people want I'll do it for you.
