cheatingking, is fiddler recognizing traffic? If it isn't then try using another browser, i know some people have that problem when using firefox.
Creator did once post how to fix that issue, however I can not find it right now.

Then unfortunately I don't know what the problem is, if it is recognizing traffic, you have cleared your cache, and your rules are set up correctly, i can't think of another reason :/
