To do this with Fiddler,
1. Open the tab "AutoResponder" on the right, and enable "Enable automatic responses" and "Unmatched requests passthrough".
2. Add two new rules, in the first field put:

and in the second field you have to enter the path to the files you downloaded from the attachement, so for example:

Set repair = ' Q ' and mover the hpbalken like in the picture not 100% the same but out of the map.
