It depends on what kind of licence of buy.
silver for example is one do account of your choice.
Not bound to a UID or something.
Licence is valid for the lifetime of the pbdo project.

If you dont pay for licence, trialtime is 60min every day.
Trial and silver user can use only 1 running account.
You can deactivate and start another account, this bot isnt userid bound.
