Joymax is the owner, he sells the usage license and the upgrades to foreign companies for distribute the service on their countrys, but the game files and server software is copyrighted by Joymax. Those ========Changeset obt 247 - 249========== are in fact updates sent by Joymax to the vietnamitese version, vietnam guys cant have the source of the files, only joymax does, and they give the updates to the company that got the license and pay the updates.

Im not going to lose my time explaning how illegal this is. Good luck with your servers.
