64 bit is worth it. If it wasn't, it wouldn't exist.

If you're not using large amounts of RAM at once then yeah, no need for it, but if you're gaming or hell.. even visual studios uses a pretty large chunk of memory, 64 bit does make a difference.

but in small applications you wont notice a damn thing.

you'll want windows 64bit if you have 4gb or more ram.
