Also,I'd suggest re-writing your application,after all moderator on sucha big forum is quite serious job - why applying without even bothering to make some more detailed application? After all it shows which kind of human you are too - lazy or hard-working.
Maybe someday we will be both moderators,who know :D

I will re-write my application/ make it more detailed at the end of the week because at the moment i have not enought time and not enought space in my head because of alot Exams and project's in school. I think i can start at thursday or friday. Thanks for that tip :=)
