The Shaiya section for private servers died (nothing of substance to post on, just a bunch of squabbling). Another forum was created and pulled most of the devs away from epvp. lilpro was trying to fix this, since the current mods are not interested in helping us. (Pretty bold statement, but I haven't seen them take any action to help. Either they don't know how to organize the boards to help, or they don't want to.)

Why don't you come visit us at the new forum and see how successful it has been. It has been amazing for private server development. Who knows, you might get some ideas.

I think the other forum has been up for about two weeks. I've listed the stats below, I don't think epvp has had this much traffic in the Shaiya section in a while. Admittedly, some of the topics/posts where copies we had to pull over from epvp to keep form losing data. (just giving you some real-world data, just in case you don't believe me that you are losing your shaiya devs)

Truly I only want to be a mod for the Private server section of Shaiya. I'd love to work with and help out the current mod, but I think I can greatly help out the private server section with my knowledge. Like a few have said above, the devs left for a new forum that was made for them, I know that most will come back here if I become mod and organize the section for them. I'm casting my vote for lilpro too. He knows what he's doing, he knows what he's talking about, and people like him. Is that not reason enough?
