Just to clear things up, there has been no confirmed ban wave affecting our product.

We’ve seen a handful of users report bans, but they represent well under 6% of our active customer base. We’ve investigated a number of these reports and found many users had poor PC hygiene, previous provider usage, or other contributing factors that make it impossible to attribute the ban directly to Elocarry.

We monitor telemetry, support tickets, and customer reports very closely. If there was a genuine detection or ban wave, we’d be the first to acknowledge it and take the product offline. We did exactly that over 30 days ago when there was a real detection, trust us we know what an actual ban wave looks like.

As of today, there is no evidence of a widespread detection affecting Elocarry. We’ll continue monitoring the situation as always and will update everyone immediately if that changes.

of course u try to blame other products. i literally loaded yall up right after i bought it. loaded cod up and insta banned didnt even get to play 1 game. and it was my playstation account i only played on ps on it.

Just to follow up transparently on my previous statement:

At the time, the information available to us did not indicate a widespread detection. Since then, further investigation and new data have confirmed that a partial detection did occur.

We have therefore taken the entire product offline, including for users who were still playing daily without any issues, while we address the final remaining detection flag. We would rather disable access for everyone temporarily than leave any unnecessary risk in place.

Data changes, investigations develop, and I am not afraid to admit when my position changes based on new evidence. My previous statement reflected what we knew at that time; this update reflects what we know now.

The team is actively working on the fix, and we will provide another update once the product is ready to return.

damnn explains why HV taking extra measures if this cheat has been detected, was going to try it but i wont be now! This is why i love forums to get informed and not misled/missold!

After a lot of internal discussion, we've decided to officially wind down the public marketing of our Call of Duty product.

This wasn't an easy decision, but after the previous detection wave, the more recent partial bans, and the overall direction Activision has taken with hardware enforcement, we don't believe it's responsible to continue actively promoting the product in its current state.

For now:

• Existing users with access will retain it.
• We are closing our public marketing channels for Call of Duty.
• We're exploring moving the product into our Private/Pro lineup in the future, where we can maintain a much smaller user base and operate under stricter access controls.

This isn't necessarily the end forever.

We'll be watching how things evolve with future Call of Duty releases, including MW4 and whatever comes next. If we believe we can once again offer a product that meets our standards, we'll happily return.

Until then, I'd just like to say thank you.

Whether you became a customer, tested the product, left feedback, or even challenged our statements when things went wrong—it all helped us improve. We've always tried to be transparent when the data changed!

Call of Duty — Where We Stand Now

A little while ago, we made the decision to wind down the public marketing of our Call of Duty product.

At the time, that was the right call.

Since launching on MW4, however, things have been going very strongly, and we’ve now had a sustained period of solid performance internally.

That does not mean we’re immediately going back to loudly marketing Call of Duty like nothing happened.

Our approach this time is different.

We’re going to continue operating MW4 quietly, keep proving the product to ourselves internally, and build confidence through actual performance rather than promises.

Only once we feel we’ve earned that confidence again will we begin seriously pushing Call of Duty publicly.

For now:

MW4 is live and operating.
Existing and new users are actively using the product.
Development and monitoring remain ongoing.
Public marketing will stay intentionally limited for the time being.
We’ll continue expanding only when we believe the product has genuinely proven itself.

We’ve had a surprising number of questions, private messages, and people asking whether Elocarry COD is actually back.

The answer is yes.

Elocarry Call of Duty is back, just not in its usual form yet.

We’d rather quietly put in the work, prove ourselves again, and let the results speak before making any big claims.
